Self refer to podiatry for help with foot problems such as verrucas, corns, athlete’s foot, ulcers and nail disorders

Self refer for counselling and other psychological  therapies if you are feeling depressed or anxious

Attend Abacus for sexually transmitted infection screening and to obtain contraception

Ear Syringing

Ring 0300 790 0142.  Please soften wax with olive oil drops for five days before your appointment

Blood taking clinic every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30-12:30

Joint Injections

Steroid injections can be given to control pain associated with arthritis and other conditions

Ante-natal Care

We host a midwife led clinic every Friday afternoon from 13:00-15:00

Baby Clinic

We host immunisation clinics every Wednesday morning from 9:00-11:30

Minor Surgery

We are able to remove a variety of skin lesions that are causing pain or irritation


We offer vaccinations for seasonal flu, shingles and some travel vaccines

Free exercise programme based at the Lifestyles leisure centres. Make an appointment with our health trainer or health care assistant
